Right At Home Realty was named for the way North Carolina felt when it became home for our family. We want every client to feel exactly that.
For more than 20 years, Alvaro has served the same police department in this community. Neighbors, business owners, and families across the county know him simply as “The Chief.” That name was earned the same way trust is earned in real estate — by showing up, telling the truth, and protecting people who are counting on you.
Originally from the Bronx, New York City, Alvaro has proudly called North Carolina home for more than two decades. He and Sally have three children, and family is the lens through which he approaches every transaction.

Sally Jaimes is a licensed REALTOR® in both Carolinas and a Transaction Coordinator with more than 20 years handling contracts and detailed documentation for corporations and local REALTORS®. Nothing slips past her.
Together they built a team where agents work as one unit with one goal — helping families find the home that is right for them. Nancy Brogdon, a 22-year law enforcement veteran and current Assistant Chief of Police, was the first agent to join.
